Frank Callaghan & Claudia De Sousa (Manageress) I’ve lived with my family at Eulah, a 1906 Edwardian house, since 1979. When my late wife Maureen passed away very suddenly I did not know what to do with the place until someone mentioned that it would make a very nice small Luxury Boutique Jersey Hotel. The family agreed and here it is today. Eulah was a very large family home but now it is a small limited service Luxury Hotel in Jersey with an emphasis on a Home from Home. The house has always had a very warm feel to it and I hope all our guests experience this on arrival. Although Eulah has been known as St. Andrew's Vicarage and was occupied by Reverend Quarrie and his wife, the daughter of the first owner, the property never belonged to the church. I don’t profess to be a hotelier, my background is in petrochemical engineering which I retired from in my late twenties to advance my entrepreneurial skills. However my excellent staff and myself will do everything possible to make your holiday in Jersey enjoyable. Looking forward to meeting you. Best regards Frank Callaghan, family and staff.
